Tap In, Tap Out

Hey there Wholetonians!
With all the things happening in the world today, it would seem we have a whole lot of things to worry about, but if we follow God and place our trust in Him, then there is no room for worry. Worry is a lack of trust and faith; it’s actually the opposite of faith.
Jesus tells us in Mark 4:19 that “…the worries of the world and the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things enter in and choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.”
So worry can choke the Word, but the Word can nullify worry. How do we navigate this?
By tapping in and tapping out.
When we read, receive and believe God’s Word in our lives, it begins to bear the fruit–or evidence–of the faith it’s building up in us. We begin to believe and trust what His Word says over what our situations and circumstances will otherwise try to compel us to worry about.
His Word nullifies worry when we believe and apply it; we gain peace that goes beyond our comprehension regardless of our circumstances. This is how we “Tap In” to His peace.
We’ll never receive real peace in this world. In fact, Jesus told us plainly in His Word, the Bible, that…
“In this world you will have troubles, but take courage; I have overcome the world.” ~ John 16:33b
When we trust in God’s words, we can tap into His peace and refuse to worry. This has a supernatural, positive effect on us, our families, and those around us.
Now at the same time you can focus on cutting off or “tapping out” of the sources of anything that tempts you to worry. Turn off the news if you have to. Get off the internet and social media. The truth is, you’re not going to find peace in the political party you support. You won’t find the peace that passes understanding by tapping into the world…so tap out of it.
Listening to Wholetones during this process can really help as well. I would suggest always starting out with The Open Door (396 Hz). This is the opening frequency. Most people feel a sense of peace, wellbeing, and an openness to receive from God when listening.
Next, go to The Majestic (852 Hz). This frequency is a very spiritual one, and to me it is purely a celebration of the King of Kings, His love for mankind, and His returning for those who wait for Him. What can wash away your worries more than connecting to God in worship?
I hope this helps you tap into faith and tap out of the worries of the world.
Until we meet again…
