A Force-full Message on this May 4th…

Happy May, Wholetonians, and May the 4th (and the Force) be with you!
I know, sorry, I couldn’t help myself…but it’s truly apropos because I’m going to speak “forcefully” to you today!
I came across this article in the BBC News about the possibility of scientists stumbling upon a “new” force of nature–new to us, anyway.
Physicists have long categorized the forces of nature that we experience every day into four groups:
- The strong force
- The weak force
Now, because of the results from an experiment that has physicists excitedly scratching their heads, they are believing they may have discovered and observed a 5th force of nature. Read the article here, along with the short video that explains it better than I could in this email…
But my point is this: scientists, physicists and astronomers, the most brilliant minds on the planet, are baffled by the mysteries of the universe, the inner workings of God’s amazing design and creation. And the more they discover, the more they excitedly find that there’s so much more to discover. They and we can only scratch at the surface of the unimaginable depths of God’s wisdom and design.
“Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgements and decisions and how unfathomable and untraceable are His ways!” ~ Romans 11:33 Amp
“Behold, these are but the outskirts of His ways, and how small a whisper do we hear of Him! But the thunder of His power who can understand?” ~Job 26:14
The Force behind the forces of nature is the most awesome and mind-boggling of them all. And yet the Bible tells us that of all the things He has created, the seen and the unseen, God esteems you and me the most because we are created in His image. He breathed His breath of life into us and created us to have an intimately close relationship with Him. And this is why He went to such great lengths to abolish what separates and stands in the way of that relationship. Imagine that!
Now THAT is a force to be reckoned with! Be blessed and…
