Where My Help Comes From by Michael S. Tyrrell
February 26, 2019
Tuesday greetings Wholetonians,
Hoping this week’s email finds you on top of your game! Each week when I sit down to write my Tuesday musings, I pray that I bring you a little encouragement and that my words… sing! With all of the negativity in our world, all of us could use something positive, right?
As you know, it all boils down to frequency… thoughts, words, and deeds that produce positive feelings bring you (and others) up. And, of course, thoughts, words, and deeds that provoke negative feelings bring you (and others) down. Elementally, in many ways, we are all connected. How we live our lives not only affects us, but also those around us. That's why I do my best to speak life and surround myself with people who do the same.
Another important aspect of living life with a positive mindset comes into play when you meet someone who is truly struggling. I have personally never met a person who didn’t need a little help once in a while. Honestly, there were specific times in my life where an encouraging word, or deed from someone, made a huge impact.
Galatians 6:2 says, “Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.”
In other words, if you see someone who is struggling, help them with their burden.
Sometimes, we may be in a place where human interaction is an impossibility. Yet even there… we can still find an ever present help in our time of need!
Psalm 46:1, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”
Psalm 121: 1-4, “I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip, he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.”
One of life’s greatest consolations is that we are never alone! The word “Emmanuel” means “God with us,” even when we don’t know He’s there. So when you are alone and there appears to be no one who can help, God is there to help… just ask!
When I created Wholetones, I created it to help people. Four years later, thousands of people around the world are benefitting from my frequency enhanced music. God has truly blessed my efforts and you, dear Wholetonians, have been a big help to me. Your prayers, love, and support have kept me going.
I rarely ask for help, but today… I humbly ask that you would help me to help others by sharing about Wholetones on facebook, twitter, and instagram, or forwarding this message.
